pH Nutrient Absorption Chart. The cells of the body can only accept nutrients when the solution surrounding them are at a particular pH. This chart indicates the absorpability or various nutrients at different pH levels.
Nutrient Absorption and pH
The cells of the body can only absorb different
nutrients at certain pH levels.
The hardest to absorb is iodine. The pH needed for
iodine is 6.3 to 6.6. The easiest minerals to be absorbed are: Hydrogen, Carbon,
Lithium, Beryllium, Boron, Nitrogen, Oxygen and Flourine. The tissue pH can
be anywhere from 5.4 to 7.6
How this applies to health is obvious, the body's cells cannot absorb
a nutrient if the pH is off. So people can develop a deficience problem if they
pH is off. Often the person also experiences an allergic reaction to the nutrient,
because the body can not utilize it.
Below are two charts which covers the same material, presented
differently, to help clarify.
The focus of this site is to "educate,
validate, and suggest alternative methods for the treatment of health conditions,"
which are not readily available to those who go through mainstream programs.
