Rapid weight loss or poor nutrition can be a factor.
A balanced diet and vitamin supplements.
Hair dryers and hot curlers can damage hair so can excessive vigorous brushing with a brush of synthetic bristles. Use a natural bristle brush-brush gently from the scalp to tips of hair. Air dry hair as much as possible.
Hair growth: peppermint, sage and rosemary with jojoba oil topically
